- EB-5 Program Fully Operational: The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program continues to serve as a long-standing, Congressionally authorized, and operational route to U.S. permanent residency. Backed by decades of precedent, the program offers foreign investors a reliable and expedited path to lawful permanent residence.
- Legally Protected Filings: Thanks to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), the EB-5 program has been reauthorized through September 30, 2027. Furthermore, investors who file Form I-526E petitions (for conditional green cards) on or before September 30, 2026, are safeguarded by grandfathering provisions. This ensures that their applications will continue to be processed—even if the program is modified or discontinued in the future.
