What is the EB5 Visa Category?

The EB5 visa, established in 1990 by the U.S. Congress, encourages foreign investment in the United States while creating jobs for American workers. Successful applicants and their immediate family members—spouse and unmarried children under 21—are granted Green Cards, allowing them to live, work, and study anywhere in the U.S.

Key Features of the EB5 Visa Category
