Grenada is one of the treaty countries that has signed an agreement with the United States allowing its citizens to apply for E-2 visas.

To qualify for an E-2 visa, the applicant must be a citizen of Grenada, and must invest a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business. The investment must be enough to ensure the success of the business, and the applicant must have a controlling interest in the business.

Additionally, the applicant must show that they will be actively involved in the management of the business, and that the business will generate enough income to support the applicant and any dependents.
