TN Visa for Canadian & Mexican Professionals

A TN visa  enables eligible professionals from Canada and Mexico to work in the U.S. under the USMCA agreement. To qualify, TN consultants must have a job offer in a designated profession, such as management consulting, and meet specific educational or experience requirements. They cannot be self-employed in the U.S., and their job must align with the approved NAFTA professions list. This temporary visa is generally granted for up to three years and can be renewed.
