Ziyou Fan

Ziyou Fan is an Of Counsel U.S. Immigration Lawyer on the Global Immigration Partners legal team, focusing on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. He advises investors on source-of-fund documentation, project due diligence, and the evolving USCIS regulatory landscape, bringing a distinctive edge from his background in securities law to help clients navigate both the immigration and financial compliance dimensions of EB-5 investments. In addition to EB-5, he has significant experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, H-1B, and other employment-based visa categories, as well as complex compliance and litigation matters. A native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, Ziyou is uniquely positioned to serve a global client base. He holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.A. in Politics from New York University. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, with also admissions in Maryland, Arizona, and U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia pending.
