Nusrat Ganberg is an Of Counsel U.S. Immigration Lawyer at the Global Immigration Partners legal team. Nusrat’s practice areas include investment-based immigrant petitions (EB-5 and E-2); extraordinary ability immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions (including for artists, musicians, athletes, entrepreneurs, and STEM professionals); and employment, family, and humanitarian-based petitions. Nusrat was previously an immigration officer with USCIS, and her experience also includes working with an AM100 law firm, law firms in Los Angeles, CA, and for non-profit organizations. Nusrat has successfully represented a wide range of clients including Fortune Global top 5 companies, start-ups, and individuals alike. Nusrat has a track record of securing fast approvals on complex extraordinary ability or national interest waiver petitions for a wide range of professionals. Nusrat has also secured wins for her clients in complex consular matters including successfully challenging terminations and denials.
Nusrat graduated With High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a degree in Political Science and Psychology and graduated from Wayne State University Law School as a Dean’s Scholar and Lombard fellow in 2008. Nusrat was licensed to practice law in Michigan in 2008 and is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.
